INECC’s mission is to bring forward and help implement locally relevant and equitable climate solutions that reduces carbon footprint and fosters sustainable development as opposed to mainstream ecological destructive development processes. To achieve its goals, INECC’s operating budget is comprised mostly of donations, grants, financial contributions, and gifts.

INECC utilizes the monetary donations received to fund various projects by our member and partner organizations across India. We provide funding for resilience building projects to those who need it the most.

Building Resilience to Climate Change

INECC provides ongoing support for solutions led by the communities most affected by our climate crisis. Your donation will support INECC member organisations working with the marginalised that prove community-led solutions are key to solving this global challenge.

Creating Climate Change Education and Communication

INECC aims to encourage people’s understanding of the environment and of the need for sustainability. We also aim to provide balanced views to young people to take into account the realities of the modern world. They need to know all of the facts in order to make their own decisions about how they want to shape their world for the future. We need your support to be able to continue providing young people and schools with easy to understand, up-to-date information on all kinds of environmental information and teaching resources.

Research, Policy and Advocacy:

With your support, we can do more to help the most vulnerable successfully adapt to the climate emergency and strengthen national and international policies that address the current climate crisis.
